Privacy Policy – Remind Until Done

Remind Until Done (the “App”) is an offline-only reminder app for Windows. This policy explains what information the App handles.

1. Information we collect

The App does not collect or transmit any information to the developer or to any third party. There are no accounts, advertising, analytics, or crash-report uploads.

2. Information stored on your PC

The following information is stored only on your PC:

Reminder text, text color, font size, order, completion history, language, notification status, notification interval, notification sound on/off, background color, startup option, window position and size, whether the countdown is shown, and whether history times are shown.

This data is kept in storage specific to your Windows user account and is not shared with other users or any outside party.

3. Transmission of data

The App does not connect to the internet and does not send data anywhere. It also does not write reminder text or personal information to logs.

4. Permissions

The App does not require administrator rights and does not access your camera, microphone, location, or contacts. Starting with Windows can be turned on or off at any time in the Settings screen.

5. Deleting your data

• You can delete reminders in the App. You can select and delete completion history on the History screen.
• If you installed the App from the Microsoft Store, uninstalling it also removes the stored data.

6. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, this page will be updated and the “Last updated” date revised.

7. Contact

For inquiries, please use the Inquiry form. We collect the content of your inquiry (including any information you choose to provide) only if you contact us. If you enter a reply email address, we also collect that information.

The collected information is used only to respond to and communicate with you about your inquiry, and to improve the App and investigate defects. Inquiry information is sent and stored through Google Forms, and the developer does not provide or disclose it to any third party.

Inquiry information is kept for as long as needed to handle your inquiry or investigate a defect, and is deleted once it is no longer needed. If you would like your information deleted, please contact us through the inquiry form. If we cannot identify the relevant information, we cannot delete it, and if no reply email address was provided, we cannot notify you of the result.

Remind Until Done（以下「本アプリ」）は、Windows用のオフライン専用リマインダーアプリです。本ポリシーは、本アプリが扱う情報について説明します。

1. 収集しない情報

本アプリを利用する際は、開発者や第三者に対して、いかなる情報も収集・送信しません。アカウント登録、広告、アクセス解析、クラッシュレポートの送信はありません。

2. お使いのPCに保存される情報

次の情報は、お使いのPC内にのみ保存されます。

リマインダーの内容、文字色、文字サイズ、並び順、完了履歴、言語、通知状態、通知間隔、通知音の有無、背景色、自動起動、ウィンドウの位置とサイズ、カウントダウン表示の有無、履歴の時間表示の有無

これらはお使いのWindowsアカウント専用の領域に保存され、他のユーザーや外部には共有されません。

3. 外部への送信

本アプリはインターネットに接続せず、データを外部へ送信しません。ログにも、リマインダーの内容や個人情報を記録しません。

4. 権限

本アプリは管理者権限を必要とせず、カメラ、マイク、位置情報、連絡先などにもアクセスしません。Windows起動時の自動起動は、設定画面でいつでも変更できます。

5. データの削除

• リマインダーはアプリ内で削除できます。完了履歴は「完了履歴」画面で選択して削除できます。
• Microsoft Storeからインストールした場合、アプリをアンインストールすると、保存されたデータも削除されます。

6. ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーを変更する場合は、このページを更新し、最終更新日を改めます。

7. お問い合わせ時に取得する情報

お問い合わせは、お問い合わせフォーム　からお願いします。ご連絡いただいた場合に限り、お問い合わせ内容（任意で記載された情報を含みます）を取得します。また、返信先メールアドレスが入力された場合は、その情報も取得します。

取得した情報は、お問い合わせへの回答・連絡および本アプリの改善・不具合調査にのみ使用します。お問い合わせ情報はGoogleフォームを通じて送信・保存され、開発者から第三者への提供・開示は行いません。

お問い合わせ情報は対応や不具合調査に必要な期間保管し、不要になった時点で削除します。削除を希望される場合は、お問い合わせフォームからご連絡ください。対象の情報を特定できない場合は削除できず、返信先メールアドレスの記載がない場合は結果を通知できません。
